“An organization is above all a set of human behaviors” François Dupuy
Because performance depends on its resources.
Because humans are a resource.

Invest in human support,

He navigates a complexity of challenges both internal and external to the company, including technical, human, and financial aspects.

Act 1.
Childhood
art in all its forms
Ksenia was lulled from her birth in Moscow by the melodies of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin, growing up with an unconditional love for art. Every week, accompanied by her mother, from a very young age she discovered the richness of museums, shows and concert halls - art in all its forms. these experiences sharpen one's sensitivity and perception of the world from an angle that is both abstract and emotionally intense.
Act 2.
Dance school
From the Bolshoi to Monte-Carlo
Her training at the Bolshoi dance school, then in Voronezh, led her to the Princess Grace Classical Dance Academy in Monte-Carlo for intensive development. Even before mindfulness gained popularity, Ksenia was integrating it into her practice, learning to synchronize each movement with her breathing, achieving a state of flow where each performance becomes a deep expression of presence and emotional intensity.
Act 3.
First step in his professional life: Ballets de Monte-Carlo and Opéra de Lyon
During her years at the Ballets de Monte-Carlo, Ksenia experienced high performance, where the excellence of each individual enhanced the group. The essential ingredient of their success lay in the alignment around a common project transforming diversity of talents into a united force. From triumphs at international galas to unexpected challenges, forging a troupe as resilient as it is brilliant.

At the Lyon Opera, Ksenia embraces a new creative freedom, a space enriching her expressive repertoire. Each performance becomes a passionate exploration of new dance forms, an opportunity to test one's capacity to innovate, while shaping one's identity as a dancer. It is a period of artistic and personal maturation, which prepares Ksenia for the next stage of her life.
Act 4.
Maternity and transmission
Ksenia deliberately turns the page on her dancing career to begin a new adventure: motherhood. By becoming a mother, she opens a chapter rich in lessons, where the psychosocial skills that she cultivated alongside her artistic career take on a new dimension.
From this period of transition emerges a vocation around supporting people. Life lessons learned on stage and behind the scenes are transformed into lessons in interpersonal skills and good manners, which she is preparing to formalize and to be transmitted more widely through his university studies. Each experience in his life enriches the next, allowing him to share his knowledge with renewed authenticity and passion.
Act 5.
Awakening and renewal
Her cancer diagnosis marks a defining moment in her life, leading Ksenia to confront the most fundamental questions of existence. She reorients her life towards the transmission of essential values, advocating freedom, kindness and human ethics.
This awareness serves as a catalyst for her entry into university studies, where she formalizes her commitment to nurturing healthy and caring human connections.
Act 6.
Professional Commitment
Since 2017 Ksenia has been working with communities and businesses. It guides these organizations and the humans who compose them towards optimal “human” functioning, driven by the conviction that sustainable performance results from a subtle combination between overall well-being, pleasure, efficiency, and satisfaction. She advocates a fully conscious and respectful life, where each person finds their place. This approach, for her, is essential in the face of the emergencies of our time.
Managers who followed a training program based on sports psychology improved their leadership, decision-making and stress management.
Why use Sports Psychology in business?
Companies that use sports psychology to support their managers have better financial performance than those that do not.
The principles of sports psychology can be used to help managers handle pressure, stay motivated and make more effective decisions.
The psychological factors that influence the performance of athletes are the same as in any human being. The heart of the performance reactor is in the balance between ambitions, resources, decision-making, overpressure, changes, error management and priorities, the presence of pleasure.
